We recently purchased Lincoln Electric Power MIG 210 MP and introduced you to our adventures in MIG welding. For small-scale use by amateurs or professional contractors, it contains a lot of value and performance in a transportable package. Now, we will introduce our experience of using MIG 210 MP TIG welding equipment and test it in some different projects.

As we mentioned in our preliminary review, this tool is perfect for occasional use. The MP or "multi-process" machine provides a good MIG/TIG solution for those who weld less frequently. MIG 210 MP allows "plug and play" MIG and rod welding. Getting it ready to work for TIG requires some settings.

Among the engineering weird things we haven't figured out yet, you have to disassemble the machine to add a plug to the TIG. Plan to spend at most an hour to do this. After installing the hardware, Lincoln will provide an online video to show you how to set it up.

After adding the TIG component, the dial-in machine works very similar to other processes. Lincoln Electric's digital interface and simple setup process make it almost foolproof. If you are new to welding, or your skills are a bit rusty between two uses, this will give you a great advantage.

TIG welding has many advantages over other methods, but it still requires a lot of courage to perfect. Use the foot pedal to better control the current, just like operating the electrode and spray gun independently. TIG welding can also produce cleaner welds, so it is very suitable for products where the welds are still visible. We don't often encounter this situation-our welding is more practical than aesthetics. Nevertheless, we still like the choice of Lincoln Electric MIG 210 MP.

If TIG is not your typical welding method, you will find it easy to start the arc rise. Lincoln Power MIG 210 MP has always performed well. Whether welding thin-gauge lap joints or heavier-gauge materials, we have found that TIG welding is easy to complete. With some practice, this system can easily improve your skills.

If you can overcome the pain of TIG setup, the performance of the third process of the Power MIG 210 MP multi-purpose welding system is as impressive as its MIG and rod welding.
