In the third episode of our seven-part Talkin' Shop series interviewing contestants from the Netflix show Metal Shop Masters, we talk with Indiana-based welder-fabricator, motorsport trophy maker, and artist Tom Patsis.

Patsis, who runs Cold Hard Art (CHA) out of Brownsburg, Ind., with his wife, knew early on that he wanted a career working in motorsport. He opens up about how he went from having a dream job with Don Schumacher Racing (DSR) to dedicating his career to his CHA trophy-making business. He also talks about his time on the Netflix reality series and his thought process of navigating each challenge of the metal art competition show.
