MAWA-300A linear DC micro TIG welder (arc welder) is very suitable for connecting conductive materials, such as copper, coated wires, and dissimilar materials in various industries such as home appliances, automobiles, mobile phones, and medical equipment. Micro TIG welding is a non-contact process that does not require the application of force to create a suitable part assembly.
MAWA-300A generates an arc between the workpiece and the tungsten electrode and uses the generated heat to form a joint, thereby producing a high-quality weld with the smallest heat-affected zone. Unlike resistance or ultrasonic welding, this method can connect different metals.
The two key features of the new MAWA-300A are "pulsation" and "touch start". The pulse allows the user to selectively turn the current on and off during the welding process. The frequency can be as high as 5 kHz to achieve very fast ignition. Touch to start the drive electrode to contact the workpiece, and then retract at a given speed. The electrode starts to ignite with low current very close to the part. This function helps to control the welding position and reduce the electrical noise emitted when the arc is generated.
The MAWA-300A welding machine is a three-phase device, weighing 30 kg (not including welding torch and welding torch bracket). The welding time setting range is 0～2000ms, and the control mode is FET drive constant current control. The power consumption is 13.5kVA (5%), with 32 channels. The welding time setting range is 0～999ms, and the control mode is IGBT drive constant current control. The power consumption is 2.3kVA (5%), and it also has 32 channels.
