AIDA-America offers the 110-metric-ton NSX mechanical stamping press. The unitized-frame press, which runs at speeds of 120 to 300 SPM with a stroke of 65 mm, features a low-deflection, one-piece frame and a low-deflection cast-iron slide.

Zero-clearance, roller-type slide guides and counter-rotating eccentric shafts contribute to accuracy and consistent high-volume production. Hydraulic overload protection helps ensure press and die integrity. The press’s floor-mount design (intended to be paired with isolation mounts) and choice of plug-and-play Wintriss, Link, or Rockwell Allen-Bradley controls help simplify installation. Eight programmable limit switch channels are standard.
