Those wanting to use the machines must register online with their name, date of birth and ZIP code at snhd.info/testkit (phone number and email are not required). Once registered, a PIN is provided to access the machines and receive up to five tests per month.

The machines are funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “to address COVID-19 health disparities among populations that are at high risk for infection and who are underserved,” according to the SNHD. They’re provided in partnership with the City of Las Vegas and the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada.
