Kemppi has launched the X5 FastMig industrial multiprocess welding system for steel welding, featuring energy-efficient inverter technology. It is available in manual and synergic 400- and 500-amp models.

Touch Sense Ignition, standard in all available models, helps minimize spatter and reduces the need for after-treatment. The graphical and impact-resistant, 5.7-in. TFT display helps both new and experienced welders grasp the operating basics in 10 min., the company states.

The top-loading wire feeder is designed to save space and improve operator safety when changing wire spools.
